How does Kodiak Bay flame resistant workwear protect me?

Kodiak Bay flame resistant workwear protects Americans who work in possible flash fire and electrical arc environments. All Kodiak Bay FR workwear meets NFPA-70E, ASTM, and OSHA standards. The fabric and construction of the outer shell is designed to maximize ATPV protection. We offer Flame Resistant Coats, Flame Resistant Overalls, and Flame Resistant Hoods.

What is our flame resistant workwear made of?

All seams in Kodiak Bay FR workwear are Triple-Stitched, the fabric is 13 oz. abrasive resistant 100% cotton, and all Zippers are YKK reversible. 13 oz. The Quilted Liner is made of Ultra Soft Flame Resistant Cotton for a very comfortable fit. All Kodiak-FR workwear meets NFPA-70E, ASTM, and OSHA standards, and everything is styled to provide the most comfort and range of motion.

What is unique about our coats?

Kodiak Bay coats come with a polyester shell that is comfort rated from 35 to 55° F. The down liner which is temperature rated from -15 to 35° F, can also be worn independently. Put both pieces together and you get a comfortable, durable coat temperature rated from -55 to -15° F. Our high quality coats are also priced so that anyone can afford them.

What is the benefit of Kodiak Bay overalls?

Kodiak Bay winter overalls are made to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable. They are also designed to be durable and versatile. Our flame resistant overalls protect your torso and legs. Wear them with our flame resistant jacket to keep your entire body safe.

Can I get custom embroidery on Kodiak Bay clothing?

When you buy 12 or more coats we will pay the setup fee. This will save you $150 per logo. Not only that, but we will also pay for your embroidery as well. You get up to 8,000 stitches to create a custom logo on the sleeve of every coat you order.

How can I get free shipping?

Shipping can be expensive. However, if you order 12 or more coats from Kodiak Bay we will pay the shipping cost. Because we have a state of the art manufacturing and shipping process, you can expect to have your workwear within 2-3 days.

What is our warranty/repair policy?

Kodiak Bay is committed to keep our customers satisfied. Kodiak Bay will cover any premature wear due to manufacturing defects. If the defect is correctable, Kodiak will repair and return any damaged clothing.

Any abnormal misuse or neglect of Kodiak Bay clothing will not be covered. If clothing has had any alterations, embroidery, or other additions Kodiak Bay will not be responsible for repair of the damaged product
